01Our Commitment
Zallixor Team builds and maintains all of our products in-house, and we work to protect the people who use them. We welcome reports from security researchers who help us find and fix vulnerabilities responsibly.
02Reporting a Vulnerability
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in Zallixor, Lopaostab, Zallixor Chat, or any other Zallixor Team product, please report it to us directly rather than disclosing it publicly.
When reporting, please include:
- A description of the vulnerability
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- The product and URL or endpoint affected
- Any relevant screenshots, logs, or proof-of-concept code
Email: security@zallixor.com
03Responsible Disclosure
We ask that researchers:
- Give us reasonable time to investigate and address a report before disclosing it publicly
- Avoid accessing, modifying, or deleting user data beyond what's necessary to demonstrate the issue
- Avoid actions that could degrade the experience or availability of our products for other users
- Not use social engineering, phishing, or physical attacks against our team, users, or offices
Reports made in good faith, following these guidelines, will not result in legal action from Zallixor Team.
04Scope
This policy covers Zallixor Team-operated products and infrastructure, including Zallixor, Lopaostab, Zallixor Chat, and (once launched) Zimiguard and Zallixor Store.
Third-party services we integrate with, and issues that require physical access to a device, are generally out of scope unless stated otherwise.
05Account Security Tips
While we work on our end, here's how you can help keep your own account secure:
- Use a strong, unique password for your Zallixor Team account
- Never share your password or verification codes with anyone
- Watch out for messages impersonating Zallixor Team, Zallixor, Lopaostab, or Zimiguard staff
- Report suspicious accounts or messages through the relevant product's support channel
