We maintain security practices to protect our products and infrastructure, and we run a responsible disclosure process for researchers who find vulnerabilities.
03Account Security Tips
A few habits go a long way toward keeping your account safe:
- Use a strong, unique password — don't reuse one from another site.
- Be cautious of messages or links asking for your login details. We will never ask for your password by email or DM.
- Log out of shared or public devices when you're done.
- Keep the app updated so you have the latest security fixes.
- If something feels off with your account, reach out to us right away using the contact details below.
04Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect across our products, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your data.
05Data Practices
In short: we collect what's needed to run and improve our products, we don't sell user data, and we apply security measures to protect the information we hold. Retention and deletion practices, along with your rights over your data, are covered in detail in our Privacy Policy.
06Safety & Moderation
Zallixor and Lopaostab are social platforms, so we maintain Community Guidelines covering acceptable behavior, prohibited content, and how we enforce them. Zimiguard, our AI safety product, is currently under development and not yet available — once it launches, we'll update this page with details on how it works.
07Blocking & Reporting on the Platform
If you run into someone or something that shouldn't be there, you don't have to just scroll past it:
- Block a user from their profile or a message to stop them from contacting you or seeing your activity.
- Report a post, message, or profile directly from the app using the report option on that content — our team reviews reports against our Community Guidelines.
- Mute conversations or topics you'd rather not see, without blocking the person.
Reports are confidential — the person you report won't be notified that you reported them.
08For Parents & Guardians
Zallixor and Lopaostab are intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements set out in our Terms of Use. If you're a parent or guardian and have concerns about a young person's account or experience on our platforms, contact us at the email below and we'll help however we can.
09Legal
Our Terms of Use set out the rules for using our products, including acceptable use, content moderation, and account termination.
10Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights and maintain a process for reporting and resolving copyright concerns across our products.
11Transparency Report
We're working on publishing regular transparency reports covering things like content removals, account actions, and how we respond to reports — so you can see, in numbers, how safety and moderation actually work across our products. Check back here once it's live.
