Zallixor Team is developing and operating digital products and services, including:
- Official Zallixor Team websites and services
- Future products, applications, and services developed by Zallixor Team
Individual products may have additional Terms that apply specifically to those products. These Terms should be read together with any applicable product-specific Terms, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policies, and other policies.
02Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable to the service you are using. Some features may have higher age requirements because of their nature, applicable law, payment requirements, or safety considerations.
Financial and monetization features
Users under 18 may not access or participate in features involving:
- Coins
- Gifts
- Creator monetization
- Payouts
- Marketplace transactions
- Other restricted financial features
Additional verification or eligibility requirements may apply to financial features.
03Accounts
Some Zallixor Team services may require you to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your account information reasonably up to date
- Protect your password and account credentials
- Not share your password with others
- Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised
- Not create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.
04Acceptable Use
You may use our services only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not use our services to:
- Break applicable laws
- Defraud or deceive others
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
- Distribute malware or malicious software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Interfere with the operation of our services
- Circumvent security or safety systems
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Create fake accounts for abuse or deception
- Spam users
- Manipulate engagement or platform systems through fraudulent activity
- Use automated systems to abuse our services without permission
- Upload content that violates applicable laws or our policies
We may take action against accounts or content that violate these Terms.
05User Content
Users may be able to create, upload, post, send, or otherwise provide content through our services. You retain ownership of content that you own, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service.
By submitting content to a service, you grant Zallixor Team the limited rights necessary to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute, and technically modify that content as required to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the applicable service. This permission does not mean that Zallixor Team automatically owns your original content.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to content that you upload or publish.
06Prohibited Content
You must not upload, publish, transmit, or distribute content that violates applicable law or our policies. This may include content involving:
- Serious threats or harassment
- Fraud or scams
- Malicious software
- Copyright infringement
- Impersonation
- Illegal activities
- Exploitation of children
- Spam or deceptive behavior
- Other content prohibited by applicable law or our Community Guidelines
Additional content rules may apply to Zallixor and Lopaostab.
07Content Moderation
To help maintain a safe and reliable platform, Zallixor Team may use automated systems, human review, reports, and other moderation processes. We may:
- Detect potentially harmful or prohibited content
- Review reported content
- Remove or restrict content
- Limit distribution of content
- Suspend or restrict accounts
- Permanently terminate accounts in appropriate circumstances
Moderation systems may not detect every violation, and enforcement may not always be immediate.
08Copyright and Intellectual Property
Zallixor Team respects intellectual property rights. You must not upload or distribute content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
If you believe content on one of our services infringes your copyright, you may contact copyright@zallixor.com. We may remove or restrict content when appropriate.
09Zallixor and Lopaostab Social Platforms
Zallixor and Lopaostab may provide features such as:
- Profiles
- Posts
- Comments
- Messaging
- Communities
- Pages
- Status updates
- Notifications
- Other social features
Features may change, be added, suspended, or removed as our products develop. Individual social platforms may publish additional Community Guidelines and product-specific Terms.
10Advertising
Zallixor Team may provide advertising opportunities on its services. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements comply with applicable laws and our advertising requirements. We may reject, remove, restrict, or suspend advertisements that violate our policies.

11Business and Partnerships
Businesses and organizations may contact Zallixor Team regarding:
- Partnerships
- Advertising
- Product collaborations
- Sales
- Business proposals
- Other professional opportunities
Business inquiries may be sent to business@zallixor.com. Submitting a proposal does not create a business relationship or agreement unless separately agreed in writing.
12Payments, Coins, Gifts, and Monetization
Certain Zallixor Team services may provide paid features, subscriptions, Coins, Gifts, creator monetization, advertising services, or other financial features. Availability and eligibility may vary by product and location.
Users must meet applicable age, identity, account, and verification requirements before accessing restricted financial features. Zallixor Team may establish fees, limits, eligibility requirements, payout requirements, and other conditions for financial features. Specific financial rules may be described in separate product or monetization terms.
13Zallixor Store
The Zallixor Store is an upcoming product. When the Store launches, additional terms may apply to:
- Purchases
- Payments
- Orders
- Shipping
- Returns
- Refunds
- Cancellations
- Digital products
- Physical products
- Seller or marketplace activity
The Store may publish separate Terms before accepting purchases.
14Third-Party Services
Our services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, payment providers, hosting providers, or other services. Zallixor Team does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent terms, policies, or practices. You should review the applicable third party's terms before using its service.
15Security
You must not attempt to:
- Break or bypass security measures
- Access accounts without authorization
- Probe or scan systems without permission
- Interfere with servers or networks
- Distribute malicious software
- Exploit vulnerabilities for unauthorized purposes

16Availability of Services
We work to keep our services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that a service will always be:
- Available
- Uninterrupted
- Error-free
- Free from security incidents
- Compatible with every device
We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, security, upgrades, emergencies, or other operational reasons.
17Changes to Our Services
Zallixor Team may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services. We may also change product designs, functionality, pricing, eligibility requirements, or availability. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of significant changes.
18Account Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary, including when:
- These Terms are violated
- Laws or regulations are violated
- The account is involved in fraud or abuse
- The account presents a security risk
- The account is used to harm other users
- We are required to do so by law
- The service is discontinued
Where appropriate, users may have an opportunity to appeal an enforcement decision.
19Ending Your Use
You may stop using a service at any time. Where account deletion is available, you may request deletion according to the applicable product's account-deletion process. Certain information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
20Privacy
Your use of Zallixor Team services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Our umbrella Privacy Policy covers Zallixor Team and, where applicable, Zallixor, Lopaostab, the future Zallixor Store, and future products. Product-specific privacy policies may provide additional information.
21Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zallixor Team provides its services on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that information, content, or user-generated material available through our services will always be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for your decisions and interactions when using our services.
22Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zallixor Team will not be responsible for losses or damages that cannot reasonably be attributed to our services or that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
23Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
24Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our products and services develop. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice where required by applicable law. Continuing to use a service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
