Is Zallixor free?
Yes. Creating an account and using the core features of Zallixor — posting, following, messaging, Stories, Zall Clips, Pages, Communities, and Groups — is free. Optional paid features exist through Zallixor Coin, gifts, and the Marketplace.
What can I do on Zallixor?

02Privacy & Data
What data does Zallixor collect?
Information you provide (profile details, content you post, support messages) and information collected automatically (device type, approximate location, app version, usage data). See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
Does Zallixor sell my data?
No. Zallixor Team does not sell users' personal information as a standalone product.
Are messages end-to-end encrypted?
No. Messages are stored so they can be delivered across your devices, but they are not end-to-end encrypted — worth knowing if you're sending anything sensitive.

Is Zallixor safe?
You control who sees your profile — public, followers-only, or private. You can block or mute anyone, and reported content is reviewed against Zallixor's Community Standards. See the Your Safety page for the full picture across all Zallixor Team products.
How do I report content or a user?
Reporting is built into posts, profiles, and messages throughout the app. Reports are reviewed against Zallixor's Community Standards — see Community Guidelines for what's and isn't allowed.
04Money & Age Limits
How old do I need to be to use money features?
Money features — Zallixor Coin, gifts, marketplace selling, and creator withdrawals — require age verification and are restricted to users 18 and older. You can browse and use the core social features without this.
What is Zallixor Coin?
An in-app currency you can top up and use across the platform — for gifts, Marketplace purchases, and other paid features.
05Account & Assistant
How do I delete my account?
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information from within the app. Some information may be retained where required by law, or for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
Does Zallixor have an AI assistant?
Yes — a built-in help assistant you can open any time from the app. It's a retrieval tool over Zallixor's own help content and your account data, not a hosted AI model, and it only tells you things it can actually find. This is separate from Zimiguard, Zallixor Team's upcoming AI safety product, still in development.

Zallixor is built and operated by Zallixor Team, based in Nigeria and available globally.
